Jeremy Hopkinson OBE FNAEA CPEA

Chairman

Jeremy has over 20 years experience in property sales and started his professional career in Settle moving to Skipton then Harrogate in 1989. He has handled all forms of residential sales from new build to period homes and from small holdings to terrace houses.

He is well respected in the Harrogate property  market for his honest hard working approach and is a Former President of the Harrogate and District Estate Agents Association.

A former captain of Harrogate rugby club Jeremy enjoys cricket and the gym when time allows and received an OBE in 2008 for Services to Charity having raised in excess of £5,000,000 for good causes in Yorkshire.

Mark Hustwit

Director

Mark has over 13 years of experience in residential agency in Harrogate and is recognised as a hard working professional.

Mark lives in Harrogate and when time allows enjoys golf at Oakdale GC and going to the gym. He has a vast knowledge of the Harrogate residential market having sold all styles of property both modern and old. He is well known for going the extra mile to ensure all his clients have 100% satisfaction.

Mark is currently the Secretary of the Harrogate and District Estate Agents Association.

Jo Wilson

Associate Director

Jo Wilson brings immense experience following a highly successful career in estate agency. Jo will oversee the Hopkinsons website, client liaison, administration and will help the team with her excellent sales experience.

Fiona Lewis

Sales Team

Fiona has lived and worked in Harrogate and has experience in the property market and joined the Hopkinsons team in May 2010.

Fiona manages all properties up to £250k ensuring she works closely with her Vendors and Purchasers to provide the highest service levels. Fiona is a very personable individual who has a passion for her career.

Suzanne Seed

Sales Negotiator

Suzanne has recently joined the Hopkinsons team to give additional support on sales negotiation and administration for properties from £250k to £500k. A fitness fanatic, Suzanne really enjoys her bikes rides and is regularly seen on her two wheels in the area! Suzanne has a wealth of experience and has become a valued member of staff.

Ross Sedgley

Trainee

To strengthen the Hopkinson’s team further, Ross has joined as a Trainee and will, in the interim, be assisting on viewings to ensure we are always able to accommodate prospective purchasers.

Ross is a keen cricketer and played at a professional level in Australia. He now plays in colder climates for Harrogate first team! Having lived in Harrogate since he was 12 years old, he is very familiar with the area and thrives on high levels of customer care and efficiency.

Charlotte Postlethwaite

Sales Team

Charlotte has a wealth of local property sales knowledge in Knaresborough/Harrogate and the surrounding villages. She lives in Harrogate and is, when time allows, a keep fit fanatic!

She has a proven track record of new homes sales experience as is regarded as the best sales progressor in the area. She has acted for National home builders and local builders ensuring that both buyers and sellers receive the service they expect and deserve.

Val White

Sales Team

Val has extensive experience of estate agency and is a very friendly people person. She has worked for a National agent in Harrogate dealing in top end property.

She lives in Nidderdale and understands the needs of both vendors and purchasers. She helps the team with front of house duties and also undertakes viewing tours aiding purchasers see the properties they wish to-promptly!

Sarah–Jayne Lishman

Sales Team

Sarah–Jayne has recently graduated from Northumbria University, where she studied Estate Management. The course covered Valuation, Marketing, Law, Development and Property Management. She has lived in Harrogate and has done for all of her life.

Sarah–Jayne has become an integral part of the Hopkinsons team where her personable and friendly demeanour ensure continued high level of customer care and support.
