Hopkinsons move into Lettings and Management

After three and half very successful years in residential sales I am delighted to be able to offer the highest service levels for Lettings and management that numerous clients have already received from my sales team.

Starting my business in 2009 in a recession was a brave move but one that has now created a team of 10 highly motivated, experienced and client focused professionals who are passionate about going the extra mile for both sellers and purchasers.

This year has seen record sales which in Feburary and March had been one a day every day – the results speak volumes and 35% of our 200 properties are under offer. That totals over £21,000,000 of property – an astonishing statistic from a cold start in a cold Spring!

So with Easter celebrations behind us and record numbers of house hunters registering with my agency it was a natural move into offering the best service levels in rentals and management.

My new rental/management department will open on May 1 st with my distinctive quality branding and highly acclaimed service that 1000’s of sales clients have already enjoyed.

I have recruited an experienced and highly motivated candidate to head my Lettings business and am excited that we have already had 2 clients that have offered their portfolios of 32 properties for launch next month.
